All participants should print out this Permission Form (two sides, one piece of paper). Participants fill out one side; Parent/Guardian fills out the other side. Bring this paper with you on Saturday to turn in.
If you have not already done so, please join our Discord Server. Change your Discord Display Name to be your Real Life name. This is an easy way for the team to communicate as a team at ARML.
The schedule for the event is here, and a map of the campus is here – you should print them out beforehand. All New Hampshire participants need to arrive before 4:30pm. Participants should park or be dropped off here. It is a 7 minute walk to the check-in at Living Learning Center dorm. After checking in, all the New Hampshire participants should meet in the lobby of the Student Center here.
Other than ARML volunteers, parents are not allowed to attend ARML. However, all parents are encouraged to attend our post ARML celebration on Saturday at 4:00pm, in the LLC. This will be an opportunity to take photos, present prizes, and share some ice cream. We should finish at around 5:00pm.
