Now recruiting for the New Hampshire ARML Team!

A Math Circle is an enrichment activity where young people engage in mathematical exploration in a social context, through directed discovery and student-student collaboration.

“I liked how we brainstormed ideas as a team, then came up with creative solutions.

“We covered some concepts we have seen before, just in a more interesting and proof-based way.”

“I never knew the math behind a snowflake before…”

The New Hampshire Math Circle is a non-profit founded in 2019. We have served over fifty young mathematicians, in highly interactive investigations of challenging topics not in the usual school curriculum.

“You can use polynomials to factor dice into smaller dice – that was really cool.”

“I’ve discovered some very beautiful patterns with modulo arithmetic.”

“It’s so amazing to calculate pi with just pencil and paper.”

We tackle contest problems, and participate in math tournaments as a team.
